Customer is responsible for setup and cleanup. These services can be prearranged for an additional fee.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and total payment must be received one week prior to your event.
The customer is responsible for damages caused by their guests. You will be billed for any damages to the building or amenities. This includes plumbing, electrical, structural, etc. Stolen or missing items are also your responsibility.
We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen personal items.
Alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured vendor. If alcohol is present, the customer must provide Oklahoma Venue 66 a certificate of insurance with the venue named as additional insured one week before the event. We can recommend an affordable event liability policy.
Customers must adhere to all city, state, and federal laws. No illegal activity is allowed on our premises.
